Nawt is a major antagonist in the 1996 Warner Bros. hybrid film Space Jam and a minor character in it’s 2021 sequel Space Jam: A New Legacy.
He is the shortest of the Nerdlucks. As a nerdluck he is voiced by Colleen Wainwright and as a monstar he is voiced by T.K. Carter.
Appearance[]
Nawt is a red nerdluck who wears an orange yellow spotted bowtie, he speaks in a high squeaky voice. As a monstar he is still the shortest of the group and is now, like the most of the other monstars, muscular. He stole the talent from Muggsy Bogues, he speaks in a high voice.
Personality[]
As both a nerdluck and a monstar he is hot-blooded, aggressive and he's the shortest of the group.
History[]
Nawt is first seen filing Swackhammer's nails, while being lectured and he had to agree with Mr. Swackhammer, about having new attractions for Moron Mountain. Nawt reacted upon seeing Pound getting burned by Swackhammer's lighter.
Nawt along with the others arrived in Looney Tune Land and they met Bugs Bunny, who tricked them. Then they used their laser guns and they told him not to move a muscle.
At the tune's meeting, after Pound's laughed at Nawt continued the speech announcing that the tunes will be their slaves. Nawt along with the other Nerdlucks, read the message and Nawt said that it's in the rule book. When the Nerdlucks are challenged to a basketball game, Nawt jumped and clapped happily, but they didn't know what basketball was, after watching a movie about basketball history, Nawt got an idea, as the other Nerdlucks smiled evilly.
Then they all went to New York and when they saw Charles Barkley in the basketball game, he and Pound referred to him as a killer. After Pound stole Charles Barkley's talent, Nawt grinned at Pound.
Then the Nerdlucks returned to Looney Tune Land and Nawt tried jumping jacks for basketball practice. Nawt grinned while touching the ball, absorbing the talent into his body. After the transformation, Nawt along with the other Monstars, smiled evilly down at the Looney Tunes. Then Nawt reacted in shock, when Bang slammed the ball to the ground, which it caused an earthquake.
Later at the gym, Nawt came in first with a snarl. As they approached Michael Jordan, Nawt's on Blanko's shoulder. Then Nawt nodded his head in agreement, when Pound said "You heard of the dream team?", then Nawt jumped on Pound's shoulder and he said "We're the Monstars." then he attempted to spell the word Monstar, while Pound's smiling at him. When Bupkus mocked Michael Jordan, Nawt laughed with him and Pound. When Pound scrunched Michael Jordan into a basketball, he tossed him to Nawt and he dribbled him faster doing the footwork, and then he tossed him to Bang. Then Nawt's on Pound's shoulder, as he and the other Monstars snickered at Michael Jordan on what decision it's going to be.
At the first game, Nawt bumped his chest with Blanko. Nawt among with Bang, Bupkus and Pound looked at Michael Jordan. During the game, Nawt and the other Monstars dog piled on Granny. Then Nawt passed the ball to Bupkus. Then Nawt attempted to block Michael Jordan, as he headed for the basket. After the first half of the game, Nawt high fived with Blanko and Bupkus, as they all went to their locker room. As they celebrated their first half victory, Swackhammer came in and Nawt waved, as they all say hello to him. Then Nawt excitedly explained that they stole the talent from the NBA players and the scent caught Swackhammer's attention, so he got shoved away by Swackhammer, annoyed.
At the second half of the game, Nawt tried to block and steal the ball from Michael Jordan, but he failed. During the time-out, Swackhammer was furious at them for not getting Michael Jordan. Then Nawt agreed with Bupkus, that Michael's a baseball player. Then Nawt smiled gleefully along with Bang, Pound and Bupkus, as Swackhammer made a deal with Michael Jordan.
As the game resumed, Nawt and the other Monstars were forced to crush the Looney Tunes by Swackhammer. Then Nawt among with Bang and Pound, charged at Wile E. Coyote and then Nawt kicked Tasmanian Devil. And after Stan was put in the game by Michael Jordan. Nawt and the other Monstars surrounded Michael Jordan.
Near the end of the game, Nawt attempted to steal the ball from Michael Jordan, but he failed again.
After they lost the game, Nawt and the other Monstars were yelled at by Swackhammer, who was furious with them. Then Nawt reacted in shock, when Swackhammer stomped on Bupkus's foot in anger. Then they all turned on Swackhammer, then Nawt grabbed Swackhammer, along with Bang and Bupkus, then Nawt smiled as they stuffed Swackhammer in a rocket. Nawt along with Bang, plugged their ears as Swackhammer took off, then Nawt and the other Monstars waved goodbye to him. Then Nawt smiled warmly and he gave a thumbs up sign, when Michael Jordan proudly said that they had in them all the time. Then Nawt reacted in sadness and shock, when they're told to give the NBA player's talent back. Then Nawt placed his hand on the ball last. After becoming Nerdlucks again, Nawt said "What a trip." Then Nawt told Bugs that their planet stinks and he showed a thumbs down sign and they didn't want to go back to Moron Mountain. Then Nawt along with the other Nerdlucks, begged sweetly to Bugs.
To prove that they're looney enough, Nawt wears an Elmer Fudd mask he shot the other Nerdlucks.
