Douglas "Dougie" Powers, better known as Dr. Evil, is the main antagonist of the Austin Powers film series.
He is the main antagonist in Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery and Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me and the central antagonist in Austin Powers: Goldmember.
He is the head of a criminal organization with the intention of taking over the world, the son of Nigel Powers, the archenemy and long-lost brother of main protagonist Austin Powers and the father of Scott Evil.
He was portrayed by Mike Myers, who also played the title character in all three films.
